Report Overview

Korea Circuit Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as 'Korea Circuit') is a leading domestic electronic component company in the field of printed circuit boards (PCB), established in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do in 1972. This [2025 Korea Circuit Sustainability Management Report] is intended to publicly disclose Korea Circuit's economic, environmental, social, and governance ESG performance to the public and to serve as a channel for communication and cooperation with stakeholders.

Reporting Period

The reporting period is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Quantitative performance includes data from the last three years (2023-2025) to allow for year-by-year comparative analysis.

Scope of Report

The scope of this report includes the three domestic business sites (P1(1st Plant), P2(2nd Plant), P3(3rd Plant)) operated by Korea Circuit as of 2025.

※ P4 (4th Plant/former Terranix) merged in 2026 is not included in this report.

Report Preparation Standards

This report was prepared according to the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Standards 2021 and the SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) to reflect the requirements of stakeholders.

In addition, to select the reporting topics, contents of KCGS (Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability), UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) are reflected. Financial information is prepared according to K-IFRS (Korean-International Financial Reporting Standards).
