We sincerely thank you for your unwavering trust and support for Korea Circuit throughout 2025. Despite the rapidly changing industrial environment, Korea Circuit was able to strengthen the foundation for sustainable growth based on the trust of stakeholders, taking another meaningful step forward.

2025 was a time when the expansion of AI technology led to structural changes across industries, creating a new turning point in the semiconductor and electronic components market. The rapid expansion of demand for AI servers and high-performance computing(HPC) drove growth in the advanced semiconductor packaging and HDI PCB markets, while the advancement of electric vehicles(EV) and autonomous driving technologies also provided new growth opportunities in the high-reliability PCB market.

The domestic PCB industry also faced increased demand for high-specification products with the growth of the AI semiconductor and data center markets, leading to intensified technological competition centered on semiconductor package substrates and high-density/high-integrity products. On the other hand, the recovery of traditional demand for smartphones and IT devices appeared somewhat limited, and rising costs and intensifying global competition became major management challenges for the domestic manufacturing industry.

In this complex market environment, Korea Circuit recognizes sustainability as a core competitiveness that directly correlates with corporate financial value, beyond simply regulatory compliance. Particularly with the full implementation of the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive(CSRD) in 2025, it is continuously strengthening transparent information disclosure and supply chain management systems to meet the demands of global customers and investment institutions.

We are enhancing management systems across all areas of environment, society, and governance through the ESG Promotion Team. In particular, we completed our first Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions calculation and announced joining the SBTi(Science Based Targets initiative), actively building a scientific roadmap for carbon reduction to address climate change. Additionally, we formalized ESG evaluations for partners to establish a responsible supply chain management system, and are continuously strengthening global management capabilities through operations based on RBA(Responsible Business Alliance) standards in all areas of labor, safety and health, environment, and ethics.

If 2025 was a year of building and implementing Korea Circuit's sustainability management system, 2026 will be a critical turning point in refining this and linking it to tangible results. We plan to further integrate ESG management throughout corporate operations, and to develop systems for climate change response, supply chain ESG management, and ethicalㆍcompliant management more sophisticatedly.

Korea Circuit will continue to strengthen both technological competitiveness and sustainability management capabilities, moving towards becoming a sustainable company that grows together with stakeholders through responsible management and continuous innovation.
